
Looking back over the last, oh I don’t know, maybe 6/7 years, it’s amazing that I have been eating oatmeal ALMOST every morning for breakfast. I mean I’ll have cereal, too, some mornings, or pancakes and french toast on the weekends at home. Even when I have breakfast smoothies, 9 times out of 10 they are made with rolled oats.
So, for the most part my breakfast consists of oatmeal in some form.
What can I say. It’s very easy to have at work.
Hmmm. And now that I think about it, it’s the same story for my kids…oatmeal almost every morning with some old fashioned grits, pancakes, or cereal thrown in every so often.
