Summer is coming to an end, but that doesn’t mean that you can’t still stay hydrated. I drink mainly water now, but sometimes I want something with a little flavor…which is where smoothies come in.
What better way to keep hydrated then with a smoothie. Especially this one. It has watermelon, cucumber, and blackberries.
Watermelon has a 92 percent water content so it makes for a great post exercise treat – it can also help relieve muscle soreness.
Cucumber has about 93 percent water and blackberries have about an 80 percent water content.
Because this smoothie contains high water content ingredients, use this smoothie to get your days worth of water requirements in and even use it after your workout.
