Ahhh, summertime! It’s hot, it’s muggy, it’s humid! I sometimes would like to just sit under a continuous waterfall to keep cool.
But, since I know I can’t do that I think of the next best thing….popsicles!
You can pretty much take any smoothie recipe and make them into popsicles or you can experiment with something totally different altogether!
So, I made these particular popsicles with mangoes and water the first time. They tasted too watered down for me, so I had to use different ingredients the next time and this is what I came up with.
Feel free to add in whatever you want, make the popsicles yours! Enjoy!
This recipe makes 4 popsicles.
What you’ll need:
- 1 cup of orange juice
- 1/2 cup of mangoes
- 1 cup oat milk
- popsicle molds
- Take all the ingredients and place in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Fill each popsicle mold with the mixture.
- Place in the freezer for at least 12 hours.
Hint: To get the popsicles out of the mold place the bottoms of the mold in a container full of hot water for about 10-15 seconds. The popsicles should come out easily after that!
