I have met some amazing bloggers along my journey. Everyone is from all walks of life and inspiration in their own right.
Well, I’m glad to say I have teamed up with some of them to bring you a fitness challenge to help you get in shape for the summer.
Now, this challenge is going to be on Instagram, but even if you don’t have an Instagram account you can still find the daily exercise of the day and follow along starting June 1st.
If you are on Instagram, then that’s a plus for you as you will be eligible to be featured and win prizes!

How is this challenge going to work?
OK, here are all the details:
Each day we challenge you to complete as many reps of the exercise for that day within 30 seconds (get your timers out). This exercise can be done in addition to your regular workout. Think of it as just a little something extra for your day.
Post your pics and videos throughout the 30-day challenge using hashtag #SummerFitChallenge.
We’ll each choose our favorites to regram.
