Smoothie bowls make a good breakfast and if you’re in a hurry just pour it into a mason jar, grab a spoon and go!

DAY 1: Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal Smoothie Bowl

This recipe makes 1 smoothie bowl.
What you’ll need:
- 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 red apple, cored, with skin
- 1/4 cup rice or coconut milk
- Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl and top with your favorites!
